What is a dry-hire service?A dry-hire service is where the client purchases the alcohol, and we provide the service of pouring. This gives you full control over your selection and budget and allows you to have an open bar style wedding (which guests love!). We will provide you with a Shopping Guide, so you know how much to buy.
Can you provide a Cash Bar?Unfortunately, no we cannot. We do not have a State of Maine Liquor License at this time.
Are you insured?Yes, we carry a $1M General Liability and $1M Liquor Liability policy. Additional insureds available upon request.
Besides the alcohol, what else do I need to provide?This depends on what you want to handle or want us to handle. With the all-inclusive package, we will provide mixers and ice. With the basic package, clients will provide mixers and ice.
What do you provide?GL & LL Insurance, State of Maine RAS certified bartenders, cups, straws, napkins, basic garnishes, bar setup & breakdown, coolers, all bar tools (pour spouts for liquor bottles, ice scoops, clean ice bins, bottle openers, wine keys, cutting boards, knives, shakers, strainers, garnish trays), a custom bar menu/frame.
What is required to book?A signed contract and a $200.00 non-refundable deposit secures your date.
